Finding new answers to existing needs from the standpoint of the entire business ecosystem beyond the conventional business scope of a construction company.

The phrase "beyond the conventional business scope of a construction company" means that Airu Engineering strives to offer total solutions to comprehensively resolve issues through maximum use of the following three capabilities without sticking to what has been done by the conventional construction industry.

1) The ability to keep moving forward and seek new answers without giving up
2) The ability to think out the meaning of “trust” by carefully valuing the voices of actual clients
3) The ability to make full use of networks and source appropriate techniques and materials from Japan and the world

We believe these three capabilities will allow us to create solutions in step with the times through the total planning of business and thus to "find new answers to existing needs."

Our goal is the pursuit of a world that gives future children pleasure, hope, and opportunities to grow together.

Since our foundation in 2013, Airu Engineering has vigorously moved forward under the corporate philosophy, "Finding new answers to existing needs from a standpoint of the entire business ecosystem beyond the conventional business scope of a construction company."

Our early business activities were to create "points" and such points were linked together to form "lines," which then formed a "surface." We thus succeeded in expanding our business to overseas markets in five years from our establishment and we now draw a "picture of the future" on a global scale.

The times when measures against global warming are regarded as constraints or costs for economic growth are over. Rather, they are nowadays regarded as opportunities for growth. We believe a change to such conventional notions and proactive countermeasures are about to turn into changes in industrial, social, and economic structures and this will lead to a next big leap. Therefore, we take industrial policies to create "a positive cycle of economy and environment," i.e. green growth strategies, as new business opportunities.

The words of great historical figures who shaped their own future are very powerful.
They always inspire us and give valuable insights when we face difficulties in life.

Life is just like walking a long way with a heavy burden.
Never rush. Think of inconvenience as something ordinary so that you will never feel your circumstances as insufficient.
When you have a desire, remember the hard situations. Patience is most important for stability. Anger is the enemy. Constant victory without the experience of failure is not a good thing, and it can harm your future.
Be responsible for all things. Never blame others. Less is always better than too much.
