Civil engineering

In the field of infrastructure systems, which is the industrial foundation of emerging countries such as African countries, in addition to new construction work such as land development, road construction, bridge repair, and river construction, the maintenance business of existing structures is becoming increasingly important. We aim to provide Japanese technologies to extend the service life of infrastructures to ensure the safety and security of people's lives overseas as well.
In addition, as the importance of building a sustainable society is being emphasized overseas, we believe that Japanese civil engineering technologies can be utilized in large-scale land development work for the construction of renewable energy facilities.

Civil engineering

In Africa and other countries, civil engineering work, including land development work, will continue to be widely demanded due to industrial development associated with infrastructure development and construction of buildings and civil engineering structures, which are the social infrastructure. In addition, with the recent occurrence of major natural disasters on a global scale in different countries with different natural environments, resilient societies that can minimize damage and recover quickly are needed overseas as well, and Japanese civil engineering technology is in demand. We have been building up a track record of civil engineering works for various construction projects such as road, bridge, river, plant, and facility construction in Africa including Ghana and Kenya, and Southeast Asian countries such as Palau. We are contributing to national land resilience and the building of a sustainable society.

Construction

Utilizing the Japanese construction technology we have cultivated over the years, we are engaged in the construction of special buildings (hospitals, stores, etc.) and large-scale buildings (S structures with four or more floors, etc.) in addition to general buildings.
Already, our construction business, which started in Ghana, West Africa, has expanded to neighboring countries as well as Southeast Asian countries. We are particularly pleased with our sense of security, technical capabilities, and service by providing Japanese quality for buildings such as offices, factories, logistics warehouses, university research facilities, and hospitals, where technology is required even overseas.

Construction

We have built up a track record in overseas construction, and have been involved in the construction of an auto body shop for a Japanese company and JICA-related projects in Ghana, as well as hospital-related facilities in Palau. In Ghana, for example, we are building a building while importing construction materials directly from Europe and the Middle East, respectively, and we are doing business globally. In construction projects in each country, we work with local construction companies to create jobs and contribute to the technical improvement of local companies by providing Japanese technology, safety, and quality. We do not merely perform construction work, but also work in partnership with local construction companies in each country to ensure long-term growth. Our network is now expanding from Japan, Africa, and Southeast Asian countries to other countries around the world.
